Main features

Our last pick would be the mechanical keyboard from Aula. This full-size keyboard has all the keys you need for comfortable gaming sessions with a couple of additional buttons that will help you complete any activity you overtake. Aula also features an advanced anti-ghosting design which essentially means that an independent switch controls each key. Thanks to the N-key rollover technology, you can use all 104 keys without ghosting. This keyboard is fairly precise and responsive, with a striking click and tactile feedback on each button. We believe it would be a good choice for medium-intensity gaming sessions. You can even adjust the angle of your keyboard using little legs on the back. It also has 21 types of cool light effects that are fully customizable, however, it is not so easy to figure out how to do it. It takes quite a while to figure out how the light setup works, and in the meantime, the lights keep flashing, which can trigger light-sensitive people. If you’re willing to put in the effort and spend hours customizing the light setup, then Aula is no less than other keyboards on this list, however, it could use some improvement in the instruction manual.

Design and Comfort

In terms of comfort and design, Aula makes a fine keyboard. Its modern and sleek look is highly appealing, and it features constantly flashing lights. Aula also features extra space for 6 more buttons and a rolling button. Thanks to this, you’ll have enough keys for any activity you engage in. The additional buttons have their functionalities explained in the user guide. However, the user guide is not as meticulous as the ones from other brands. When we discovered that three of those six buttons are responsible for setting up lights and their modes, we couldn’t find a proper explanation in the user guide that could help us understand how the light setup actually works. Therefore, if you don’t want to be bothered by a party of constantly flashing lights, we suggest you look at other options on our list. Speaking of keys, they are quite comfortable to click, however, they are not replaceable since they are not the standard ones. Plus, this Aula keyboard features brown tactile switches, so it’s all a matter of preference.

Value

To be completely fair, we feel like for its price, Aula could be a much better keyboard. It was one of the most expensive keyboards we’ve tested, yet it didn’t fully meet our expectations. It is kind of complicated to understand the light setup and unless you want to have a sensory overload, we can’t recommend this keyboard with a clear conscience. You also have to pay the shipping cost, so the total cost of this keyboard is quite high and yet it doesn’t deliver the outstanding performance and comfort of use you would expect.
