Main features

In all honesty, our team has mixed feelings about this keyboard. Its minimalistic appearance is undoubtedly very appealing, but it feels like it would be a better typing keyboard instead of gaming. The design without a numerical pad saves space on your desk and reduces the distance between your mouse and keyboard. Its small size is also beneficial when it comes to transportation. Another thing we really liked about this keyboard is the curved profile, narrow front, and inclined keys. We discovered that’s it’s so much easier to maintain a natural posture when typing, which results in longer, more productive work. You can even change the position of this keyboard by switching between a 4-degree and 8-degree angle. Despite being small in size, Logitech has all the buttons you need. With its 12 dual-function keys, you get easy access to media, special functions, and more, so you can easily perform a variety of tasks. It would be nearly a perfect keyboard, except that it doesn’t seem very suitable for gaming. It has no illumination and is relatively small in size, so we doubt Logitech is for everyone.

Design and Comfort

We have to admit that this Logitech keyboard is relatively plain and basic-looking. It’s a TKL size keyboard, meaning that it’s quite compact, but it has no Numpad. It does involve function keys, so if you’re an active user of those, you should appreciate it. This keyboard is quite comfortable to use, and the adjustable angle has a very sweet touch which everyone on our team seemed to appreciate. However, what was a bit disappointing is that this Logitech keyboard has no light modes. In fact, it has no illumination whatsoever, which results in a plain and unappealing look. So, regarding style, there’s not much room for changes. On a positive note, the keys can be easily removed and replaced with your preferred ones, provided they don’t require backlit to look good. Speaking of keys, they are of standard size and fully replaceable, which is quite convenient if you want to change them. However, we recommend getting a keyboard you already like instead of putting substantial effort into customizing a basic keyboard. The Fn keys also have a macro function with marked shortcuts for your convenience, and the keyboard itself has blue switches. Essentially it means there’s a decent pushback and a satisfying click sound.

Value

Logitech is one of the cheapest keyboards we’ve tested. Its low price is no surprise, given that the brand sacrificed size and illumination. If you’re really looking for a good gaming keyboard that you will use for a long time, then it’s best to get the one that you really like. Most gamers want RGB illuminated keyboard not for the pretty looks, but because these colors on your keyboard have practical use and can be beneficial to your gaming experience. When you think of it, the lack of illumination on this Logitech keyboard is the biggest downside a gaming keyboard could have. You also have to pay for shipping, so even if the total cost is perfectly adequate, you have to ask yourself if this is the keyboard you truly want. This keyboard is undoubtedly comfortable to use for typing, but we doubt it will be nearly as good for gaming.
